.The Mayo Clinic will be an anchor tenant in the new Destination Medical Center Discovery Square development in Rochester, Minnesota. Mortenson is the developer of this project.
Mayo Clinic will lease 30,000 square feet across three floors in the upcoming life science research and innovation building, adjacent to the clinic’s historic campus.
Ground-breaking on the project is planned for late 2017, with a target completion date for 2019.
The Destination Medical Center will cover more than 60,000 square feet at the corner of 4th Street SW and 2nd Avenue SW in the 16-block Discovery Square sub-district.
