Zida Fashion Accessories recently signed a lease at The Shoppes of Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove, Minn., to occupy 2,145 square feet of space.
Jim Larson of NorthMarq and Steven Silverstein of Cousins Properties Incorporated represented PRISA Arbor Lakes LLC, owner of the 372,000-square-foot retail center.
Zida Fashion Accessories was represented by Tricia Pitchford and Katie Provencher of NorthMarq.
The addition of the women’s fashion jewelry and accessories store brings The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes to 90 percent occupancy.
