CRL Senior Living Communities has broken ground on a new Alzheimer’s/memory care and assisted living residence in Highland Park. The new Arbor Ridge Manor, located at 1651 Richfield Ave., will offer 64 large private and semi-private suites with a total of 88 beds.
“This new location is a conscious effort to address the growing need for quality senior living and memory care options near Chicago,” CRL president Ari Weinberger said in a release. “
The opening of the facility is planned for spring 2012 . Upon opening, the 60,000 square foot building will offer a variety of amenities including outdoor walking paths, sensory gardens, chef prepared meals, a spa and a salon.
The building also includes an enclosed landscaped courtyard, as well as unique interior design features, which allow residents to safely experience and explore their surroundings.
