CBRE recently sold the 111-room Stybridge Inn & Suites in Dublin, Ohio.
This all-suite extended-stay hotel was built in 2002 in the corporate Dublin market. Meander Hospitality sold the hotel to Midas Hospitality for $6.8 million.
Eric Belfrage, vice president for CBRE Hotels, represented the seller in the transaction.
