Chicago’s Steinco Corporate Real Estate Advisors recently promoted Patrick Brady to vice president of corporate services. He will be the fourth member of the executive team led by managing principal David Stein.
Brady joined Steinco in 2009 as a director of finance after leaving GVA Worldwide’s suburban office. Since joining Steinco, he has represented public and private companies in more than 400,000 square feet of leasing transactions. In his new role, he will focus on building and managing client relationships, evaluating real estate portfolios and identifying growth strategies for Steinco’s Chicago office.
“Patrick has demonstrated a strong commitment to client advocacy and a keen understanding of the marketplace,” said Stein. “He is a valuable team member who will help us to continue our expansion in the tenant representation specialty.”
