Mid-America Real Estate Corp.’s Investment Sales Group announced the recent sale of Brookside Marketplace located in Tinley Park, a southwest suburb of Chicago. DDR Corp. purchased the center for $47.4 million from Ryan Companies Inc.
Brookside Marketplace is a 550,000-square-foot power center (273,801 square feet of GLA owned) featuring anchors Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, HomeGoods, Old Navy, PetSmart, Michaels, Office Max, Ulta and shadow-anchored by Super Target and Kohl’s.
