Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions Inc. has announced the successful sale of a retail development site located at 1520 Aurora Ave. in Naperville.
Paul Montes, senior commercial broker, and Eric Spiess, senior broker associate, both of Inland Real Estate Brokerage & Auctions represented the buyer, Standard Market, in the purchase of the 3.4-acre site, formerly a Frank’s Nursery & Crafts. Upon redevelopment, it will be the home of Standard Market’s second Chicago-area store. Its Westmont location opened in November 2011.
The buyer’s attorney was John Zemenak of Rathje & Woodward LLC. The seller’s attorney was Jay Statland of Burke, Warren, Mackay & Serritella P.C.
