ARCO/Murray National Construction Company Inc. recently completed a 30,000-square-foot build-out for U.S. Cellular at 100 Mittel Drive in Wood Dale.
Construction highlights include full renovation of the space with water conserving fixtures and faucets, and concealed under floor wireway systems to provide future flexibility of power and data systems. The largest challenge of the project was the required schedule. ARCO/Murray completed the renovation of 30,000 square feet in three weeks during the holiday season.
ARCO/Murray’s Mike Gaw served as the project manager and Chris Niedhammer was the project executive for the project.
