Transwestern’s Midwest Region has announced that Tony Karmin, executive vice president, and Corby Marx, vice president, of the firm’s Tenant Advisory Services group recently represented Ocean Tomo LLC in a 36,112-square-foot early lease renewal.
Ocean Tomo is extending the current lease for its corporate headquarters at 200 W. Madison St. in downtown Chicago. The company has been a tenant at 200 W. Madison since relocating to the building in 2005.
Karmin and Marx have represented Ocean Tomo, which has more than 60 employees in five offices, since the company’s inception in 2003.
Tamara Kos, Transwestern executive vice president, and Teddy Walsh, associate, represented the landlord in the transaction.
