Transwestern’s Midwest region has announced that its suburban agency leasing group recently represented Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, landlord of Two Century Centre, in a 21,295-square-foot lease for Benefit Express Services LLC.
Benefit Express Services, a benefit administration solutions company, will relocate from Arlington Heights to Two Century Centre in Schaumburg and will occupy the entire 10th floor. With the addition of Benefit Express Services, the building is now 97 percent occupied.
Built in 1987, Two Century Centre is a 219,718-square-foot class A office building located across from Woodfield Mall in the Schaumburg area submarket. Amenities include an on-site deli, fitness center, conferencing facility, dry cleaning and 24-hour security services. It is in close proximity to major expressways and public transportation. The building was awarded an Energy Star label for operating efficiency in 2010 and 2011.
