Dermody Properties recently hired Brian Quigley as the company’s Midwestern partner. Quigley will work from Dermody’s Chicago office.
Quigley brings 21 years of experience in the Chicago and Midwestern markets, with an emphasis in development, leasing, operations and dispositions. Previously, he served as vice president at CenterPoint Properties Trust, where he developed intermodal industrial buildings and build-to-suit developments.
During the course of his career, Quigley has developed more than 15 million square feet in the greater Chicago area.
