Garrett Realty & Development recently closed the sale of a 24,000-square-foot office/industrial building located at 1500 W. Cortland in Chicago. Aleksandra Enterprises was the purchaser.
The new owner will use the building for corporate headquarters and national wholesale distribution center for Russian Pointe professional dancewear and dance supplies. The center also will support their flagship store Russian Pointe Dance Boutique on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.
