Lee & Associates recently negotiated a 10-year, 10,552-square-foot office lease of One Indiana Square, a 37-story Class-A office building in downtown Indianapolis.
Steve Beals and Richard King III of Lee & Associates’ Indianapolis office represented the tenant, Mercer Belanger, P.C., an Indianapolis-based law firm, in the transaction.
One Indiana Square was built in 1969 and remodeled in 2005.
