Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. has just completed the sale of a multi-tenant, 44,597-square-foot shopping center located at Route 59 and Vertin Boulevard in Shorewood.
The property sold for $3.6 million. The shopping center tenants include: HomeGoods, Payless, Sally Beauty Supply, Cold Stone Creamery, Great Clips, Manpower and Wine Styles.
The seller is a developer based in Minneapolis, and the purchaser is a private investor based in Schaumburg. Chad Firsel of Quantum Real Estate Advisors represented both the seller and purchaser in the transaction.
