Colliers International recently announced that Spencer Toder has joined the St. Louis office to work in brokerage. He will specialize in corporate facilities and investment services for office, multi-family and industrial properties.
Obtaining an MBA from Washington University’s Olin School of Business in 2009, Toder has a background in entrepreneurial business, marketing and technology endeavors. Relatively new to his career in real estate, Toder has a high rate of success having listed more than $20 million in assets in just more than a year.
“Having lived in St. Louis all my life, I have an interest in real estate for a number of reasons. The first being a love for the city’s historic architecture,” said Toder. “I also enjoy interacting with a variety of business and organizational leaders and providing dynamic real estate solutions on a daily basis.”
