Comcast Spotlight, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, has expanded its presence at 444 N. Michigan, signing for 20,290 square feet of high-rise space.
Lenora Adds of Cushman & Wakefield represented the building in the 10-year lease. Robert Peterson of REAL Partners LLC represented Comcast Spotlight, a longtime tenant that previously occupied 14,897 square feet on a lower floor.
“Comcast Spotlight’s new space will serve as a showcase for its vast array of media service offerings,” Peterson said. “The views, design elements and Michigan Avenue location are quite simply world-class.” Cannon Design is the project architect and Pepper Construction is the general contractor.
