Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq recently secured new space for two organizations for their corporate headquarters, with both transactions involving property at 2381 Rosegate, in Roseville, Minn.

Sebesta Blomberg will relocate its corporate headquarters from the Roseville location to 1450 Energy Park Dr. in St. Paul, while Hawkins, Inc. will lease about 40,000 sq. feet at 2381 Rosegate.

Sebesta Blomberg will relocate its operations to the Energy Park location in early 2013. The company provides engineering design and commissioning services to a variety of private- and public-sector clients.

The C&W/NorthMarq team of Josh O’Neill, senior director, and Tim Venne, senior associate, represented Sebesta Blomberg. David Schwebel of Wellington Management represented the landlord of 1450 Energy Park.

Hawkins expects to relocate its corporate office and administrative functions to the Roseville location in 2013 from its current location at 3100 E. Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis, where it has been located since 1948. The Hennepin Avenue site will continue to house industrial operations.

Hawkins, Inc. distributes, blends and manufactures bulk and specialty chemicals for its customers in a wide variety of industries.

The C&W/NorthMarq team of Jason Sell, director, Todd Hanson, senior director, and Paul Donovan, executive director, secured the sublease on behalf of Hawkins, Inc.

“These are two well-run companies whose leadership was instrumental in structuring a successful outcome for both organizations,” said Donovan. “Our C&W/NorthMarq teams worked closely together, and with their respective clients, so we were able to make sure these transactions were successful.”
