Southfield, Mich.-based Bernard Financial Group recently arranged an $11.5 million loan for the Battle Creek Portfolio.
The loan consists of two apartment complexes located in Battle Creek, Mich., and one located in Springfield, Mich. The three apartment complexes contain a total of 396 units.
The borrowing entities are Forest Hill Battle Creek, LLC; Treetop Ridge, LLC; and Wyndtree Townhomes, LLC.
The loan was originated by Kevin Kovachevich.
