Omaha’s Seldin Company was named Property Management Firm of the Year for 2012 by the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha and Lincoln.
This was one of six awards that Seldin Company received at the association’s annual Stars of Excellence ceremony in December.
Seldin Cmopany’s Montclair Village was named Best New Property of the Year. The 132-unit five-building apartment development was completed in late 2012 and is located in Omaha.
Other Seldin awards were Property Manager of the Year for Lacy Hendrix of The Oaks at Lakeview in Ralston, Neb.; Model Unit of the Year for The Oaks at Lakeview; Regional Manaer of the Year for Seldin’s Seth Perkins; and Maintenance Staff of the Year for the Chapel Ridge, Seldin Company’s Council Bluffs, Iowa, maintenance team.
