Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently negotiated the sale of the 8,536-square-foot Bleacher’s Bar and Grill in Pinckney, Mich.
The seller, Land Holding, LLC, sold teh space to Gary and Robin Ann Dillon. Paul Feldman, vice president of brokerage services at Friedman, represented the seller in this transaction.
Bleacher’s Bar and Grill was originally built in the 1800s as an opera house. The Dillons are local investors who own other properties in the area.
