Senior Advisor Ben Andrews and Advisor Andrew Gomez of Sperry Van Ness LLC represented the tenant in leasing a 5,704-square-foot retail space in Lake Zurich at North Lake Commons.
The tenant, Marvin Somlo, has partnered together with SOMS Fitness Group LLC to operate a new fitness concept under the name Title Boxing Club. With Illinois locations in Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg, Northbrook, Crystal Lake and Naperville, as well as multiple other sites nationwide, Title Boxing Club is quickly expanding its presence in the northern suburbs.
Title Boxing Clubs offer total body boxing and kickboxing fitness workouts that help women and men burn up to 1,000 calories an hour in group classes. The company is owned by retired professional boxer and promoter Danny Campbell; Kansas businessmen Tom Lyons and Rick Washburn; franchise executive John Rotche; and David Hanson and Tony Carbajo of Title Boxing Co.
