The  building formerly known as the Peabody Coal Building, located at 301 N. Memorial in downtown St. Louis, is now under new ownership. And this new owner is acting quickly to fill space at this key building.

The owner, 301 Memorial LLC, recently leased the third floor of the building to ICC, an engineering services firm.

“We are very excited about an opportunity to update and upgrade such a beautiful St. Louis landmark as 301 N. Memorial,” says Alex Alexandrov, ICC’s vice president and a partner in 301 Memorial LLC. “We look forward to providing people who work in the building not only prime creative office space, but also a place they want to come and let their creativity flow.”

Alexandrov says plans include adding a recreational roof deck and remodeling the bottom level to include a lounge, gym and game room.

ICC has spent most of its 25 years in the downtown St. Louis area.

CBRE’s John Warren, who represented the seller, Gahlberg Trust, will be leasing the property.
