The Toledo, Ohio-based Reichle|Klein Group completed two retail transactions in the city earlier this year.
The firm closed the sale of a 154,000-square-foot Elder-Beerman store for $3.25 million and a 10,470-square-foot Dollar Tree for $875,000.
