Kansas City’s Red Brokerage is now marketing the $165 million Mission Gateway mixed-use project in Mission, Kansas.
The project will offer 390,866 square feet of retail space for lease in an urban lifestyle-themed development. Stores such as Walmart, Spourts Farmers Market, Toby Keith’s I Love this Bar & Grill and others have already committed to the project.
At the same time, the project will include 300 high-end residential units.
