The 10-year term, 9.5-year yield-maintenance refinance loan was arranged for Mansions at Hemingway, LLC by Dougherty’s Addison, Texas, office.
The Mansions at Hemingway is a luxury apartment development, and ranks as one of the more popular apartment communities in the Des Moines area.
