David Kaplan and Jeff Davis with Akron, Ohio’s NAI Cummins have leased the former Nicolinni’s Restaurant at 85 Montrose West Ave. to Fiore’s Italian Steakhouse.
Fiore’s currently owns a successful restaurant in Wooster, Ohio. The company plans to open its Akron location by late July.
