ARCO/Murray recently completed a 47,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for McGladrey at Woodfield Preserve, located at 20 N. Martingale Road in Schaumburg.
McGladrey is a United States provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle marketing, with more than 75 offices nationwide. Upgrades included new and reconfigured private offices, carpet, paint, custom millwork modified specifically to interact with existing furniture pieces, a new decorative glass wall system and a reconfigured lighting layout throughout.
The multi-phased renovation was completed in an occupied office space during regular hours. Extra precautions were taken to mitigate noise and dust during both construction and tax season. ARCO/Murray’s Mike Magee was the project manager and Chris Niedhammer served as the project executive.
