CBRE Capital Markets has advised a CenterSquare Investment Management joint venture on a nearly $230 million floating-rate loan from Citibank to refinance Corporate Woods, a 2.2-million-square-foot Class-A office in Overland Park, Kansas.
The office building is about 92 percent leased with numerous investment-grade tenants.
CenterSquare Investment Management acquired the office property in 2006.
