Euclid Apartments in Euclid, Ohio, recently held a ribbon-cutting and open house for its new multi-purpose leasing and activity center.
More than 200 residents attended the celebration.
Minneapolis-based Dominium manages the apartment and led a larger $3.5 million renovation of the property.
The leasing and activity center features a three-story indoor playground and a fitness facility for residents. It also houses staff offices and a reception area for possible residents.
Other improvements to the property include an outdoor playground, remodeled apartments and townhouses, new landscaping and a 24/7 courtesy patrol.
