CBRE Vice President Allison Olszta assisted The First United Methodist Church of Chicago Aid Society in completing two long-term leases in the historic Chicago Temple Building at 77 W. Washington.

The law firm Fisk Kart Katz & Regan Ltd. renewed its lease of 10,839 square feet and the legal practice of Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm signed a new lease for 2,707 square feet.  The building is now 88 percent occupied.

The Chicago Temple Building, completed in 1924, was designed by Holabird & Roche in the neo-gothic style and is located across the street from the Richard J. Daley Center.  The structure held the title of tallest building in Chicago from 1924-1930 and floors 5-21 are leased as office space.

Konstantine Sepsis and Doug Noble of MB Real Estate assisted Fisk Kart Katz & Regan with its renewal and Brooks Farley of Tenant Advisors assisted Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm.
