Duke Realty’s St. Louis office recently leased 57,690 square feet to NISA Investment Advisors, a St. Louis-based investment manager, in 101 South Hanley. That building is a Class-A 19-story office building in Clayton, Mo.
NISA will occupy three floors in the building starting in September.
