Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq represented LNR-owned Minnesota Center in securing an 18,000-square-foot lease for the Bloomington, Minn.-based legal firm of Monroe Moxness Berg PA.
Located at 7760 France Avenue South in Bloomington, Minnesota Center is a 276,435-square-foot Class-A multi-tenant office building that is currently 75 percent occupied with the addition of the 50-person law firm. Monroe Moxness Berg will relocate from the Normandale Lake Office Park to Minnesota Center in mid-November of 2013.
