Cleveland-based The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has sold the Gunbarrel Road Center, a 6,515-square-foot retail center in Chattanooga, Tenn., anchored by FedEx Office.
Bob Havasi, vice president of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the owner, a private investor in Chattanooga. The buyer was a private investment group based in Chicago.
The property sold for $1.94 million, 99 percent of the original list price.
