RJM Construction, a Minneapolis-based general contractor, has begun renovations for HealthPartners Midway Clinic in St. Paul, Minn., and HealthPartners Coon Rapids Clinic in Coon Rapids, Minn. Both healthcare locations are being constructed in phases and while the clinics are in operation.
Construction at the Midway Clinic will be complete by mid-November. The remodel at the Coon Rapids Clinic will be complete in the beginning of December.
Located at 451 N. Dunlap St. in St. Paul, the Midway Clinic is a multi-phased interior remodel of the several departments within the existing outpatient clinic. The clinic will remain functional with full staff and patient load throughout the remodeling process. Work began in July, and the 9,000 square feet of renovations will be complete by mid-November.
The Coon Rapids Clinic at 11475 Robinson Dr. NW is a complete remodel of the obstetrics and gynecology clinic. The multi-phase work to the 3,500-square-foot space includes a new ultrasound room, procedure room and HVAC upgrades.
The renovations began in mid-August and will be complete in the beginning of December.
