L. Mason Capitani, Inc./CORFAC International has helped Van-Dies Engineering sign a lease for an industrial building in Fraser, Mich.
Van-Dies is currently headquartered in nearby Roseville, Mich. The new location, though, will help the company expand.
The 14,000-square-foot facility offers an open warehouse floor plan and a truck well.
