Tri-Fin LLC has signed a lease renewal for the entire west suburban building at 925 N. Hilltop Drive, a 42,787-square-foot industrial facility in Itasca.
Steven Podolsky, principal, Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, brokered the transaction along with Neal Driscoll of Liberty Property LLP.
Liberty Property Trust acquired 925 N. Hilltop Drive from Cabot Industrial Value Fund III in October, part of a 23 million-square-foot national portfolio acquisition that included 3.2 million square feet in the greater Chicago area.
Tri-Fin LLC uses the building as a metal finishing facility. The total value of the lease was $976,300.
Podolsky has represented Tri-Fin LLC in its real estate transactions since 2005.
