L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International in February brokered the sale of the Pine Tree Office Building at 2555 Crooks Road in Troy, Mich., for $780,000.
The two-story 13,000-square-foot office building is home to four tenants. The new owner, Pasha Industrial, plans to renovate the building to attract new tenants.
Joseph DePonio with L. Mason Capitani represented the buyer, while Mason L. Capitani and Gary Grochowski, also with L. Mason Capitani, represented the seller, MG Acquisitions.
