J.C. Anderson Inc. has been selected to complete a 20,000-square-foot office renovation for Ignite USA at 180 N. LaSalle St. in Chicago.
J.C. Anderson will complete the build-out to the Central Loop building’s seventh floor, which will serve as the new headquarters for Ignite USA, an engineering and product strategy company. The firm, previously located at 954 W. Washington Blvd., markets its products under the Contigo brand in the housewares industry and the Avex brand in the outdoor and sporting goods industry.
The full-floor renovation to the new space will include demolition and a reconfiguration including private offices, conference rooms and open work areas to create a more open-office environment. The construction is scheduled for completion this summer.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson Inc. is led by Project Manager Jason Hawkins. BOX Studios is providing the architectural services. Christopher Wood and Jordan Decker of DTZ represented property ownership.
