Bernard Financial Group has arranged a $24.5 million non-recourse loan for 1001 Woodward, a 23-story office building in Detroit.
The building is operated by Bedrock Real Estate Services, and includes 298,517 square feet of net rentable area and 729 parking spaces.
The borrowing entity is 1001 Webward, LLC. Dennis Bernard and Kevin Kovachevich with Bernard Financial Group originated the loan.
