Dave Cleary has joined Brookfield, Wis.-based R.A. Smith National – a civil engineering and surveying firm – as senior project manager in the land-development division.
Cleary brings more than 22 years of civil engineering design, real estate development and construction experience. He has managed complex, multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of public and private sector projects throughout the Midwest and across the nation.
Cleary has extensive experience working in markets such as healthcare, senior living, commercial, retail, federal, environmental permitting, water resources engineering, aquatic organism passage design and others.
Before joining R.A. Smith National, Cleary held positions ranging from senior project manager to director of development at local consulting firms, as well as the director of site development at Kohl’s Department Stores.
Cleary has a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota and Michigan.
