Marcus & Millichap recently sold a 5,557-square-foot Chili’s restaurant in Homer Glen, Ill.
The restaurant sold for more than $3.1 million.
Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The Chili’s is a 20-year absolute net-lease that includes four five-year option periods with 1.5 percent annual rent increases. The lease is guaranteed by ERJ Dining, one of the largest Chili’s operators in the country.
