Oakbrook Terrace-based, Mid-America Asset Management Inc., recently secured four new retail leases on behalf of three lifestyle shopping centers in Chicago.
Algonquin, Ill. (McHenry County) – Pure Mountain Company signed a lease for 8,824 square feet at Algonquin Commons located at the southwest corner of Randall and County Line Roads in Algonquin, Ill. The 578,825-square-foot lifestyle center is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW, Old Navy, PetSmart, and Trader Joe’s. Mid-America Principal/Vice President Marget Graham and Leasing Representative Samantha Spinell represented the landlord. Linda Kost and Dave Schmidt of Premier Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
Orland Park, Ill. (Cook County) – The Dailey Method signed a lease for 2,034 square feet at Orland Park Crossing located at the northeast corner of 143rd Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park, Ill. The 48,869-square-foot lifestyle center is anchored by Ann Taylor, Chico’s, and White House Black Market, owned by Edwards Realty Company. Mid-America Leasing Representatives Paige Winkels and Samantha Spinell represented the landlord. Angela Ricardoti of Schramko Real Estate represented the tenant.
Geneva, Ill. (Kane County) –Victoria’s Secret and Color Me Mine signed leases at Geneva Commons located at the southeast corner of Randall and Bricher Roads in Geneva, Ill. Victoria’s Secret signed on for 6,500 square feet and Color Me Mine signed for 1,048 square feet. This will be Victoria’s Secret’s second storefront at Geneva Commons; the retailer plans to convert their former store to a stand-alone PINK concept. The 437,546-square-foot lifestyle center is anchored by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barn. Mid-America Principal/Vice President Marget Graham and Leasing Representative Samantha Spinell represented the landlord. The tenant was self-represented.
