The world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield, has sold 57 E Oak Street, Chicago, Illinois to 57 Oak Acquisition LLC (Wharton Realty Group).
The property was sold by 57 E Oak St LLC ; Barn 63 LLC; Naskra LLC Oak Street Real Estate No 2 LLC.
“The opportunities for a new owner are limitless given the luxury tenant demand for Chicago’s Gold Coast market, and on Oak Street in particular,” said Danny Jacobson, Senior Director Retail Services.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago Retail Services and Chicago Retail Investment Advisors teams collaborated to complete the sale.
