The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International sold a 15,000-square-foot industrial building at 3325 Gateway Road in Brookfield, Wis.
St. Croix Investment LLC purchased the building from RJL Holdings, LLC.
Samuel M. Dickman Jr., Samuel D. Dickman and Dave Hazenfield of the Dickman Company handled the transaction.
