Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions recently sold a 55,356-square-foot hotel at 501 Saginaw St. in Bay City, Mich., through Auction.com.
Rich Deptula, Barry Swatsenbarg and Harrison West, all with Friedman, facilitated the transaction that is expected to close in about 30 days.
The former Holiday Inn and Three Palms Hotel is expected to receive further renovations by the new owner. The location is adjacent to the Uptown Bay City new development, and is along the Interstate-75 business route.
