Thomas Koessl counsels clients on all aspects of employment and labor law, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act and National Labor Relations Act, as well as employee discipline, on-site investigations and labor relations.
He is frequently called upon by his clients to negotiate and draft non-compete and termination agreements and develop, refine and implement strategies for employment and complex commercial litigation cases from initiation through trial.
