The Village of Schaumburg celebrated in the Radisson’s recent groundbreaking ceremony with representatives from Swift Hospitality, Sand Companies, and the business community.
Swift Hospitality has been working on this hotel project for the last seven years and is excited to partner with Radisson to build a premier hotel at the southwest corner of I-90 and Roselle Road. Swift Hospitality will be building a 5-story 142-room hotel that will open up in summer 2015. Plans are also in the works to develop a sit down restaurant on one of the pad sites.
Schaumburg is seeing additional interest in the hospitality industry with four hotels in the development stages and several new restaurants opening in the last year.
