Adam Goodman and Gabe Schuchman, both with Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, recently closed four leases on behalf of landlord Curis Enterprises.
Three of the leases were signed at 9 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue in Eastpointe, Mich., at the Eastbrooke Commons Shopping Center. The leases included 3,280 square feet with Dental Dreams, 1,576 square feet with Prada Menswear & Tailoring and 1,576 square feet with Wingstop.
The pair also closed a 2,000-square-foot lease with Cricket Wireless in Riverbend Plaza on Jefferson Avenue in Detroit. Riverbend Plaza is a grocery-anchored center.
