ML Realty Partners LLC has acquired a 56,931 square foot industrial building in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
The distribution facility is located at 650 South Schmidt Road and will be available for lease immediately. The property has highway visibility along I-55 with four-way access at either Weber Road or Route 53.
“The ability to purchase a newer facility in the I-55 corridor, a market which is consistently strong, along with the flexibility to accommodate either a single user or two tenants, made this a great acquisition for ML Realty Partners’ growing portfolio,” said Shannon.
Terry Grapenthin and Jeffrey Galante of Lee & Associates represented ML Realty Partners in the acquisition, and will both also be responsible for the leasing of the building.
