Cassidy Turley recently helped Minot, N.D.-based Investors Real Estate Trust sell Lancaster Place Apartments to Campbell Property Group of Fargo, N.D., for $4.5 million.
The 83-unit apartment building in St. Cloud, Minn., is 90-percent occupied.
Associate vice president Julie Lux and senior vice president Jim McCaffrey with Cassidy Turley represented the seller.
Lancaster Place was built in 1989 and contains a combination of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
